The main condition here is securing the 106 OVR base Stoichkov, which is exclusive to the Premium Star Pass or Premium Star Pass Bundle, priced at ₹999 INR / $11.75 USD and ₹1999 INR / $23.50 USD respectively. Without this version, the exchange cannot be completed.
