HPBOSE releases winter school date sheet 2025-26 for Classes 3, 5, and 8: Check full schedule for theory and practical exams

The Himachal Pradesh School Education Board ( HPBOSE ), Dharamshala, has officially released the annual examination schedule for the winter vacation schools for the academic session 2025–26. The timetable applies to students of Classes 3, 5, and 8.

According to the notification, the examinations will be held from 09:45 AM to 01:00 PM. Students will receive their Question and Answer Booklets at 09:45 AM, allowing them additional time to read and fill in necessary details before the exam begins at 10:00 AM sharp.

Electronic gadgets such as calculators, pagers, cellular phones, smart watches, and other such devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination centre.

  • Go to the “Examination" section, then click on the "Date Sheet" section.
  • Look for the circular titled “Winter School Examination Schedule 2025-26 for Classes 3, 5, and 8.”

    Important instructions for students

    • Students must report to the examination centre by 09:45 AM. Question and Answer booklets will be distributed at this time.
    • Use the extra 15 minutes to read questions carefully and fill in required details on the answer sheet.
    • The exam will officially start at 10:00 AM.
    • Writing the correct question number on the answer sheet is mandatory.
    • Subjects marked with an asterisk (*) in Class 8 will have school-conducted internal papers.
    • Carrying any calculators, pagers, mobile phones, smart watches, or other electronic gadgets inside the examination centre is not allowed.
