Agartala: Former Tripura minister and senior Congress leader Sudip Roy Barman on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of orchestrating fake cases against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, reports Biswendu Bhattacharjee.
The party organised a protest rally and staged a demonstration outside the ED office in Agartala as part of it's nationwide agitation and said Modi govt is pursuing false cases to distract the public from pressing national issues ahead of the upcoming Bihar elections. Addressing party workers, Roy Barman said, "These are fabricated charges, aimed at maligning their image and diverting attention from the real issues facing the country.".
