Arshi is Haseen Jahan's daughter from her first marriage. This incident is being reported from Birbhum district of West Bengal, where she is currently living with her younger daughter Ayra.

In a viral video, it is being claimed that Haseen Jahan got into a fight with her neighbours over a land dispute. This land in Birbhum district of West Bengal is allegedly in the name of her daughter and a dispute arose over construction on it. It is alleged that when Haseen Jahan started the construction work, neighbour Dalia Khatun opposed it, after which the fight turned violent. After the video surfaced, the police took action and registered a case against Haseen Jahan and her daughter Arshi under several serious sections including attempt to murder. After the incident, an investigation into the case has been started.

The victim, Dalia Khatoon, has made serious allegations that the mother-daughter duo brutally assaulted her. "Haseen Jahan had started construction on a disputed plot in Ward No. 5 of Suri, which is allegedly in the name of her daughter Arshi Jahan. It is alleged that Haseen and her daughter brutally assaulted Dalia Khatoon when she tried to stop the construction," the video read.

Legal battle with Mohammed Shami continues

Hasin Jahan has been in the news many times before for her statements and controversies, and now this new case has once again brought her into the limelight. Meanwhile, the legal battle between Hasin Jahan and Mohammed Shami is also going on. Recently, the Calcutta High Court has directed Shami to give an allowance of Rs 4 lakh to Hasin Jahan every month. In this, Rs 1.5 lakh will have to be given to wife Hasin Jahan and Rs 2.5 lakh to daughter. The court gave this order when Hasin challenged the 2023 order of the sessions court, in which Shami was directed to give Rs 50,000 to his wife and Rs 80,000 to his daughter monthly.
