Britain's Got Talent has been keeping fans entertained for weeks, but the end is now near as the show airs the final live semi-final. Tonight, dancer Jerry Pop and singer CJ Emmons were the first two acts to take to the stage. The two smashed their performances, but it hasn't been an easy few weeks for either acts, as they'd both been hit with health struggles just weeks before their live semi-final.
During his VT, Jerry Pop revealed that "the worst thing happened" when he recently broke his ankle playing basketball. Due to this, Jerry hadn't had as much time to rehearse as he'd like and was forced to watch performances instead.
At the end of his performance, Jerry revealed he only had his boot taken off 2-3 weeks before taking to the stage tonight.

Next, CJ was overwhelmed with emotion after his rendition of James Brown's 'It's A Man's Man's Man's World'. With tears in his eyes, CJ told hosts that just two weeks ago, he was in hospital fighting for his life.
"Two weeks ago I was in the hospital having life threatening surgery," he told Ant and Dec. "I fought for that, and I'm fighting for this. I want this so bad."

It came after a show stopping performance, in which the audience were calling on guest judge KSI to use his Golden Buzzer privileges to send the star straight through to the final. However, the YouTuber decided to hold back, later giving it to magician Harry.
However,assured the act he wouldn't have to worry as the public would definitely be behind him.
This year, fans have had to wait even longer to find out which acts had made it through to the final due to a schedule switch up. Usually, the talent show would air the semi-finals consecutively over one week. It's not the only change though. This year, for the first time ever the .

However, this year, the judges have more power than ever as each week, one of them was given the power to send one act straight through to the final. The other is decided by public vote.
Tonight was the last time viewers will see the Golden Buzzer this year, with the final decision being left completely in the publics hand.
It was Dance LED group - as the first act to receive the Golden Buzzer at that stage. Amanda Holden was the first judge to be given the honour, as she made a very difficult decision.
"Your audition took our breath away and this evening, it was even better," Amanda said before pressing the all important buzzer. "I cannot wait to see what you do in the final," Amanda exclaimed, as she joined them to celebrate on stage.
