Many actresses have accused the Bollywood industry of discrimination in terms of salary and facilities. Now Nusrat Bharucha has also given her opinion on this. She has recently said that women are treated differently in the Bollywood industry. She alleges that there are good washroom sets and good vanity vans for men on the sets. However, there is a lack of facilities for women.

We do not get the options that heroes get
Nusrat recently told Nayandeep Rakshit in a conversation, 'As soon as a guy gives a hit, it does not matter whether he is an insider or an outsider. He will immediately get five films. However, women have to keep struggling. I have been saying this since 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011)'. You just need an opportunity. We do not get as many options as heroes get.'
Used to take permission to use the washroom for 5 minutes
In the same conversation, Nusrat further said, 'There was a time when I used to ask if I could use the hero's vanity for five minutes? He is not here. Can I use the washroom? However, I did not complain at that time. I used to tell myself that I will bring myself to a place where things are found automatically.'
