Let's know the easy method of making instant bread Kalakand:
Ingredients:
Leftover bread slices
1-2 cups milk
2-3 tablespoons milk powder
400 grams of condensed milk
400-500 grams paneer
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Chopped pistachios or dry fruits for garnishing.
Step 1: Prepare the bread base
Cut the edges of the bread and put it in the mixer to make a fine powder. Now spread it as the first layer in a glass tray or box.
Step 2: Boil milk and cheese
Put milk and cheese in a pan and boil on low flame for 5 minutes till both are mixed well.
Step 3: Add condensed milk
Now add condensed milk and a little sugar to it. Cook this mixture till it becomes a little thick.
Step 4: Set the layers
Now pour this prepared mixture on the already prepared bread base. If you want, you can add another layer of bread and cover it with the mixture again. Now let this tray set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Garnish and serve
Garnish with pistachio powder or chopped dry fruits on top. After cooling, cut into square pieces and serve.
