Construction of 'Hindu Gram', the dream project of Peethadheeshwar Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham located in village Garha of Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh, has started. This construction is going on in the road leading to Konda village, about 1 km away from Balaji temple. Let us tell you, the first booking of the flat has been done from America. So far 15 flats have been booked.

The project is being prepared with 480 crores.

Let us tell you, the cost of this mega project is Rs 480 crores. In the first phase, 72 flats will be built in two years. A total of one thousand flats are to be built. The project will be ready in 5-6 years. The price may also increase due to the long duration of the project.

There will be 24 flats in a three-story building.

According to Chandan Tripathi, a servant of Bageshwar Dham, the land area of the building is 4524 square feet. A three-story building will be constructed in it. There will be 8 BHK flats on each floor. In this way, there will be 24 flats in a building. The price of a ground floor flat will be Rs 17 lakh. The price of the first floor has been fixed at Rs 16 lakh and the second floor at Rs 15 lakh.

These facilities will be available in 1 BHK flat.

Each flat will be of 400 square feet. It will have one bedroom, hall, kitchen, washroom and balcony. The area will be covered campus. Street lights, parking, roads, parks, and CCTV cameras will be arranged in the society.

Pillars and mats of iron rods are being made.

Laborers working in Hindu Gram Construction say that work has been going on here for the last 20 days. At present, the work of making pillars and mats of iron rods is going on in the beginning. More iron rods have been ordered now.

On the construction of the Hindu Gram, devotee Vinay Rastogi who came from Lucknow says that Guruji is doing good work for the welfare of the country and to promote Hindu religion. However, I have not seen yet how Hindu Gram is being built, but if Balaji wishes, I will come here again someday.
