Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
A little salt
Water – for kneading
1 tsp oil (to make it soft)
Boiled potatoes – 3-4 (medium size)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 1-2 (finely chopped)
Green coriander – 2 tsp (chopped)
Ginger – half tsp (grated)
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder or lemon juice – according to taste
Salt – according to taste
Method:
First of all, put wheat flour, some salt, and oil in a vessel.
Knead soft dough by adding water little by little.
Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.
After this mash the boiled potatoes.
Add finely chopped onion, green chili, ginger, coriander, and all the spices in it.
Mix everything well so that a uniform stuffing is prepared.
Then take a small dough ball and roll it lightly with a rolling pin.

Put 1-2 spoons of stuffing in the middle and make a ball by folding it from the edges.
Now roll it slowly and make sure that the stuffing does not come out.
Apply ghee or butter on both sides and bake till it becomes golden and crispy.
You can serve these hot potato-onion parathas with curd, mango pickle or butter.
