Infosys declares final dividend of Rs 22 per share for FY25

India's second largest IT services exporter Infosys has declared a final dividend of Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2025. The dividend was announced along with the fourth quarter results after the markets hours on Thursday.

The record date for the purpose of the of final dividend is May 30 and the same will be paid on June 30.

The company saw a 12% year-on-year (YoY) drop in its consolidated net profit at Rs 7,033 crore, while revenue from operations rose by 8% YoY to Rs 40,925 crore.

The dividend by Infosys is the second for the fiscal year 2025. The company has declared 48 dividends since May 2002 and in the past 12 months, a total dividend of Rs 49 has been paid to investors. This translates to a dividend yield is 3.45%.

For the fourth quarter, revenues in constant currency (CC) terms grew by 5% YoY and declined by 3.5% QoQ. Operating margin stood at 21%, increase of 0.9% YoY and decline of 0.3% QoQ. In dollar terms, Q4 revenues were $4,730 million, an increase of 4.8% YoY

Our performance for the year has been robust in terms of revenues, expansion in operating margins and highest ever free cash generation," said Salil Parekh, CEO and MD, Infosys.

For the full year, Infosys revenues in CC terms grew by 4.2% YoY and reported revenues stood at Rs 1.63 lakh crore, showing a growth of 6.1% YoY. Operating margin for FY25 rose 0.5% to 21.1%.

"FY25 operating margins expanded by 0.5% which reflects our relentless focus on identifying opportunities for efficiency and executing Project Maximus with discipline, after navigating through multiple headwinds in a challenging macro environment," said Jayesh Sanghrajka, CFO, Infosys.

For FY26, the company expects its operating revenue growth to be around 0-3% and margins to be around 20-22%.

On Thursday, Infosys shares closed 1.03% higher at Rs 1,427 on NSE.
