SSC Group C and D Recruitment: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit cards for the Stenographer Group C and D Recruitment Exam. All the candidates who have applied can download the admit card online by visiting the official website of SSC ssc.gov.in or through the direct link given.
All the candidates can download the admit card only through online mode by entering their login details. Admit card will not be sent to any candidate by post or other means.
Exam Dates
According to SSC, the Computer Based Examination (CBE) for Stenographer Grade 'C' & 'D' Examination, 2025 will be conducted on 6th, 7th, and 8th August 2025 at the designated examination centers across the country.
Total Vacancies
SSC Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Exam is being conducted to fill a total of 1,590 vacancies, including 230 posts for Grade 'C' and 1,360 posts for Grade 'D'. The admit card will be valid as an entry pass to the examination hall, which is mandatory to be carried along with a valid photo identity card.
The time for transcription in English for grade 'C' has been fixed at 40 minutes and in Hindi at 55 minutes. Whereas, for grade 'D', the time for transcription in English is 50 minutes and in Hindi is 65 minutes.
Exam Pattern and Selection Process
The written examination will consist of three subjects. General Intelligence and Reasoning (50 questions, 50 marks), General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks), and English Language and Comprehension (100 questions, 100 marks), thus totaling 200 marks. The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes (two hours), and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
The recruitment process will have several stages, including Computer Based Test (CBT), Descriptive Test, Skill Test, Document Verification, and Final Selection based on overall performance.

First of all, go to the official website of SSC ssc.gov.in.
Find the link to the Stenographer Admit Card 2025 on the homepage and click on it.
Enter your registration number and date of birth on the login page.
On submitting, your admit card will open on the screen.
Download the admit card and take a printout of it for the day of the examination.
