What is the selection process?
The selection process of Assistant Administrative Officers includes a three-tier process. It includes preliminary examination, main examination, interview and then pre-recruitment medical examination. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination (Phase-I) will not be added in preparing the final merit list for selection.
How many and on which posts will recruitment be done?
A total of 841 vacancies will be filled in the organization through this recruitment drive. These include 81 Assistant Engineers, 410 Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Specialists and 350 Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO-Generalist) posts.
When will the exam be held
According to the official notification available on the official website, the AAO preliminary examination will be held on October 3, 2025. The admit card for this will be released 7 days before the exam, which means the hall ticket is expected to be released on September 25 or 26.
